Un Mondo Senza Glutine is a company of people, a group of friends in reality, who believe in a common project. As often happens the best ideas arise from moments or situations of hardship and difficulty: ours is called Celiac disease. Vincenzo Cannavò, the deus ex machina as well as managing director of the company, is an original Sicilian who discovers his celiac disese at the age of 16. Over the years he missed so much the scent and flavor of bread and typical products baked in his country, that he decided to embark on this adventure together with his partner Claudia, also celiac for several years, greedy of nature with a passion for sweets and for the culinary world. Then there is Giada, celiac from the age of 18, who despite having a training path very different from the gastronomic one, due to vicissitudes and coincidences that life has reserved for her, decided later to be part of the project.
Un Mondo Senza Glutine is a project that was born not only from the need of three celiacs to finally eat freshly baked products after years but also from the desire to be able to provide quality products to all those suffering from this pathology. The desire is therefore to offer genuine food made with a few selected raw materials. Giving correct information on healthy eating, especially for those who are beginners with this disease is another aspect of the project we are working on together.
